At Crista Technologies LLP, we strive to deliver the highest quality IT services to our clients. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which service orders can be cancelled.
Once a service agreement or project has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellation requests will only be accepted under the conditions outlined below.
Certain services, such as domain registration, hosting, third-party licenses, or any other non-recoverable costs, are non-cancellable.
Customers may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that work on the project has not yet commenced.
Suppose work has already started (e.g., design, coding, consultation, or resource allocation). In that case, cancellation may not be possible, and only partial refunds (if applicable) will be considered as per our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any service or order due to unforeseen circumstances, unavailability of resources, or if the customer fails to provide required inputs.
In such cases, a full or partial refund will be provided depending on the stage of the project.
