Our services include website design, web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and related IT services.
Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, payments made for services already delivered are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered if:
The service has not yet been initiated.
The customer cancels the order within 48 hours of payment AND before any work has commenced.
If a project is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund for the uncompleted portion of the service.
If there is a delay beyond the agreed delivery date without mutual consent, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Domain name registrations, hosting services, third-party software licenses, and any other non-recoverable costs incurred on your behalf.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
